Aramco Digital and OrbitronAI have formed a strategic partnership to develop and commercialize artificial intelligence solutions. It will help industrial companies to recover lost value across projects, supply chains and daily operations. The collaboration will initially focus on Saudi Arabia, with plans to expand into selected international markets.

The companies aim to address costly inefficiencies in capital projects, procurement and operational processes. Their solutions will target industries including oil and gas, power and utilities, metals and mining, transport and logistics, and manufacturing.

The partnership combines Aramco Digital’s industrial expertise and market reach with OrbitronAI’s technology for managing complex business processes. The companies will develop solutions around specific industrial requirements, test them with customers and turn successful applications into products that can be deployed across similar operations.

Target Project Delays and Supply Chain Costs

The partnership will target areas where poor information flow and slow decisions can affect business performance. In capital projects, delays in reviews and checking records can raise costs and push back deadlines. Supply chains can also become more expensive when companies lack clear information about materials, suppliers and deliveries.

OrbitronAI’s platform can work with different types of industrial data and connect with existing business systems. It uses AI agents to handle tasks while keeping important calculations, checks and approvals under human supervision.

Ashraf Tahini, CEO of Aramco Digital, said: “Aramco Digital is focused on areas where our industrial knowledge, scale and data create a clear advantage. Capital projects, supply chain and other asset-intensive processes represent major opportunities to improve execution and create economic value. Through our partnership with OrbitronAI, we intend to convert that industrial advantage into scalable AI products for Aramco, our affiliates and the wider industrial market.”

Partnership Plans Commercial Expansion

The companies will work together to develop and market AI solutions for industrial businesses. Successful solutions will be adapted for similar tasks, allowing them to reach more customers and markets.

Saulius Adomaitis, Co-Founder and CEO of OrbitronAI, said, “Together with Aramco Digital, we are building a repeatable model for Industrial Value Recovery: take a high-value industrial process, embed industrial-grade agents into the workflow, recover the value and turn what works into a product that can scale across the industry.”

The partnership aims to develop a range of industrial AI products that help businesses cut costs, improve operations and recover lost value in Saudi Arabia and other international markets.
