Global cross-border payments and financial infrastructure platform EFICYENT surpassed $10 billion in total cross-border transaction value, marking a major milestone in its expansion and strengthening its position in the international payments market. The company provides infrastructure for banks, fintech firms, money transfer operators, enterprises, and financial platforms to move funds across markets through a single ecosystem.

Instead of operating solely as a conventional payment provider, EFICYENT focuses on the technology and infrastructure behind international money movement. Its platform brings together local payment rails, Smart FX, global payouts, multi-currency capabilities, compliance technology, APIs and white-label financial services.

EFICYENT said its growth has been supported by increasing demand from financial institutions, fintech companies, enterprises and payment providers seeking to simplify international transactions.

The company currently has a regulatory footprint spanning eight jurisdictions. It said the infrastructure allows financial technology companies to enter new markets while managing cross-border payment requirements through an integrated platform.

The $10 billion milestone comes as businesses increasingly depend on international payment networks to support digital commerce, supplier payments, customer collections and other cross-border financial activities.

Bala Subramanya K, CEO of EFICYENT, said the milestone reflects the confidence businesses have placed in the company's platform for moving money internationally.

"This milestone is far more than a number, it represents the confidence thousands of businesses have placed in EFICYENT to power one of their most critical operations: moving money across borders," said Bala Subramanya.

"Cross-border payments are becoming the backbone of global digital commerce, and businesses deserve infrastructure that is intelligent, compliant, and built for scale. Crossing USD 10 billion validates our long-term vision, but more importantly, it motivates us to continue building the financial infrastructure that will power the next generation of global businesses," the CEO added.

Aravinth Ramesh, CTO and Director of EFICYENT, said every transaction represents an international business payment or a financial institution seeking to improve its customer experience.

"Every transaction processed through our platform represents a business growing internationally, a business receiving funds faster, or a financial institution delivering a better customer experience. Our focus has always been on building technology that removes friction from global payments. Surpassing USD 10 billion demonstrates that modern payment infrastructure can transform how money moves across the world," added Aravinth Ramesh
