Apple is reportedly bringing its next-generation affordable iPhone for everyone. The upcoming iPhone is expected to feature the iPhone 17e. iPhone17e is expected to debut on March 4. However, some reports suggest the launch could take place ahead of Apple’s upcoming 'special experience'.
As of now, iPhone 17e is expected to be launched only in the UAe. Here’s a detailed look at what iPhone 17e is expected to look like and what its price could be in the UAE, according to media reports.

The iPhone 17e is rumoured to be similar to its predecessor. The features include the following:
A 6.1-inch OLED display
A refresh rate of 60Hz
A single rear camera in the back panel
Other leaks suggest that both the iPhone 17e and iPhone 16e can share an almost identical look. Additionally, the iPhone 17e could also feature Apple’s ‘dynamic island’ design.
The iPhone 17e is likely to get a 48MP main rear camera and a 12MP front-facing selfie camera. This will also include an optical-quality 2x zoom through pixel cropping. Coming to the pricing details, Apple could maintain the same starting price of Dh2,599 for the iPhone 17e in the UAE. The 17e is expected to fall within the premium and mid-range segments, not the budget-friendly options.
Looking ahead, Apple has already made official announcements of a 'special experience' for March 4. Early rumours had suggested an early 2026 launch window for 17e. This ‘rumored date’ aligns with the launch timing of the iPhone 17e. For example, the iPhone 16e was launched on February 28, 2025. If the tech giant follows the same launch cycle, the iPhone 17e will launch within a few days of the March 4 event.
However, Apple has not officially confirmed the product lineup. The details are based on leaks suggesting that the iPhone 17e announcement is imminent.
