Over 14,000 private-sector companies in Dubai will receive specialised training on Agentic AI as the emirate steps up efforts to help businesses adopt the technology. The program was launched by Dubai Chambers through the Dubai Chambers Academy, its integrated e-learning platform. Companies will receive practical guidance on using Agentic AI across business operations, productivity and decision-making.

The initiative forms part of Dubai’s wider push to increase the use of Agentic AI across the private sector. It is being carried out under the directives of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai.

Focus on Practical Business Applications

The training is designed to move beyond basic awareness and help companies identify where Agentic AI can be used in their day-to-day operations. Participants will be introduced to tools and solutions that can improve efficiency, support decision-making and handle complex tasks. The program will also help businesses assess potential applications that could contribute to growth and innovation.

Dubai Chambers said the training is intended to give companies a foundation for understanding the technology and developing the skills required as its role in business expands.

Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, said: “Agentic AI is opening up new possibilities for the way companies operate. It can help manage complex tasks, enable more effective decision-making, enhance productivity, and create new opportunities for growth.”

“Through these specialized training tracks, we aim to equip the private sector with the capabilities and expertise needed to understand Agentic AI and translate its potential into practical applications,” Mansoori added.

Broader Push for Private-Sector Adoption

The training initiative is part of a larger program aimed at building Dubai’s Agentic AI ecosystem. Alongside the learning tracks, the program includes support for companies developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions. It also covers incubators for Agentic AI businesses, knowledge-sharing programs and other capacity-building initiatives.

The objective is to give companies not only access to technology but also the knowledge needed to use it effectively within their operations.

Dubai Sets Up Agentic AI Committee

Dubai Chambers has also established an Executive Committee for Agentic AI to accelerate adoption across the private sector. The committee will work on preparing businesses for technological changes while supporting Dubai’s ambitions in digital industries and the wider future economy.

The training program therefore represents one part of a broader strategy. By combining skills development, business support and ecosystem-building, Dubai is seeking to make Agentic AI a practical tool for companies rather than simply a technology trend.
