Bengaluru-based private market platform LVX has joined hands with Dubai-based startup incubator Nqubator to build a new link between India and the UAE. These two companies have joined hands to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the LVX Corridor. The primary aim of the partnership is to connect startups, founders, and investors across both markets. It will also include mentorship, advisory support, demo days, and meetings with investors and business partners.
The partnership will first focus on digital commerce, retail tech, logistics, supply chains, and the circular economy. Startups that attract investor attention will be eligible to get an investment opportunity of up to USD 1 million. In this plan, Indian startups will receive the chance to access Dubai’s business ecosystem. The wider goal is to open a route into the Gulf market.
The program will roll out for 24 months, with the first six months focusing more on ecosystem entry and regulatory groundwork. LVX expects its first joint deals with UAE-based high-net-worth investors and family offices within 12 months.

About launching the program, Shanti Mohan, founder and CEO of LVX, revealed, “It took us twelve years to build the infrastructure that turns Indian wealth into startup capital. The deal flow, the syndication, the investor education, and now an AI layer that scores every deal.” He again added, “The UAE has the capital and the founders; what’s been missing is the infrastructure connecting the two.”
The deal is about more than introducing Indian founders to UAE investors. LVX plans to support syndicate deals, investor education and AIF structures. This could give UAE investors a more organised way to find Indian startups and invest in them. A wider deal marketplace is also planned by the end of the second year.
The LVX-Nqubator partnership could give Indian startups easier access to Gulf capital while helping UAE investors find more opportunities in India’s startup market.
