Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has released a fresh warning video directed at the US. This video emphasized that U.S. and Israeli infrastructure in the Middle East could be subject to “complete and utter annihilation.”
The infrastructure currently being targeted is a $30 billion Stargate artificial-intelligence data center. This is a planned action as Abu Dhabi is a potential target for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The warning was reportedly delivered by IRGC spokesperson Brigadier General Ebrahim Zolfaghari. He explained that retaliation would follow if the United States continued to attack Iranian power facilities.
In the video, Zolfaghari said, “Should the USA proceed with its threats concerning Iran’s power plant facilities, the following retaliatory measures shall be promptly enacted. All power plants, energy infrastructure, and information and communications technology of the Zionist regime, and all similar companies within the region that have American shareholders shall face complete and utter annihilation.”
After the warning, the posted video shows satellite imagery that starts with a view of Earth from space and then zooms toward Abu Dhabi using Google Maps. The camera focuses on a desert area near the coast that appears empty at first. Then a text appears across the screen, highlighting “Nothing stays hidden to our sight, though hidden by Google.” The footage also showed a simulated night-vision view showing the layout of the Stargate AI data center complex.
The IRGC threat comes as part of a series of warnings made against the American technology companies operating in the Middle East. Another message was posted on March 31 to the IRGC's Telegram channel. In the post, the Iranian officials threatened to attack more than a dozen US companies in Tehran after 8 p.m. on April 1.
The Stargate project is a planned AI computing cluster designed to reach 1 gigawatt of computing capacity. Moreover, destroying these companies would disrupt a major data access point and result in significant financial losses.
