Topgolf is officially opening a massive new venue on Yas Island in 2026. This is the second Topgolf location in the UAE. The project is a partnership between Miral and Viya. Its construction is already 28% complete. The facility basically covers over 6,500 square meters and aims to make golf fun for everyone while making Abu Dhabi a top global tourism spot.

A Three-Tiered Tech and Leisure Powerhouse

Topgolf Yas Island offers more than a standard driving range. The building will have 82 climate-controlled bays where people can play comfortably. There are also 8 VIP suites for guests who want more privacy. Additionally, every bay uses TopTracer technology. This is the same system used in professional TV tournaments. It tracks every shot so players can compete in digital games.

The facility has three levels of fun. The ground floor has a VR hitting bay and a Pro Shop for gear. It also features a large lawn for special events. The upper floors are designed for socializing and nightlife, where you can find several restaurants and a large arcade area. There is also a sky lounge with outdoor terraces, which allows guests to enjoy great views of the Yas Island skyline while they eat and play.

Topgolf Abu Dhabi Pricing and Membership Tiers

Official prices for the Abu Dhabi location are not public yet. However, we can look at the Dubai branch to see what to expect. A bay costs between AED 160 and AED 260 per hour in Dubai. This price is variable and depends on the day and time you visit. If you are a group of 5 people, the cost is only about AED 27 per person. This makes it an affordable activity for large groups.

Frequent players will likely have access to ‘Viya’ memberships. In Dubai, these annual passes cost between AED 13,300 and AED 19,999. They offer unlimited play during quiet hours and discounts on food. The Abu Dhabi venue might also link up with the Yas Annual Pass. This would allow guests to combine golf with trips to Ferrari World or SeaWorld while creating a better value for families who live in the area.

Topgolf is changing how people spend time on Yas Island. It is transforming the area from a one-time theme park visit to a regular social hangout. This helps build a stronger local community. As construction continues, we will see how the venue handles its environmental impact. The large grass outfield will require smart water use to meet Abu Dhabi's green goals.
