Anthropic has expanded Claude for Small Business with 43 workflows and 27 new integrations. The update aims to help owners run and grow their businesses by connecting Claude with software they already use for sales, finance, marketing, customer management and everyday operations.

27 New Integrations Arrive

The new integrations connect Claude with platforms including Shopify, Salesforce, TikTok, Atlassian, Zoom, Xero, Gusto, Square, Stripe and Zapier. These additions expand Claude’s reach across commerce, CRM, accounting, marketing, collaboration and payments, alongside earlier integrations with QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot and Microsoft 365.

43 Workflows For Business Tasks

The 43 workflows cover recurring business activities, including weekly reporting, lead follow-ups, proposal creation, marketing campaigns and month-end financial tasks. Claude can also schedule workflows, allowing business owners to automate selected activities at specific times instead of repeatedly initiating them manually.

Anthropic says more than 1,000 business owners shared feedback during its spring tour. About a third requested help with growth-related activities such as generating leads, responding to enquiries and writing proposals. The latest workflows therefore extend Claude beyond back-office support into sales and customer acquisition.

Claude operates through Cowork, where owners can connect their existing tools and select workflows. By default, Claude prepares actions and waits for approval before sending messages, publishing posts or making payments. Owners can schedule selected workflows and decide how much automation they want.

More Than 900,000 Installations

Anthropic launched Claude for Small Business in May 2026. The company says the plugin has since crossed 900,000 installations. Its original ecosystem included QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva and DocuSign, while the latest release significantly broadens the range of connected business applications.

Training Programs Expand

Training Programs Expand

Anthropic is also expanding training for small businesses through free workshops, partner webinars and community-led sessions. More than 150 organisations have been trained as Approved Claude SMB Trainers, while 14 integration partners are hosting webinars to demonstrate how their connectors work with Claude.
