G42, the UAE-based global technology group, has partnered with Publicis Sapient, a global technology company providing enterprise AI platforms and services. According to reports, they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore the creation of an AI-powered joint venture.
Reports suggest that the upcoming venture would merge G42’s sovereign AI and cloud infrastructure together with Publicis Sapient’s enterprise AI platforms and industry expertise.
The enterprises and governments are rapidly shifting from AI experimentation to using AI for business purposes. The current proposal by G42 and Publicis Sapient for a joint venture would help to take care of a major need. This venture will help to convert AI capability into measurable business possibilities.

Moreover, G42 and Publicis Sapient together aim to boost digital transformation across the UAE and Global South. The goal is to use AI agents at a large scale and enable data-driven operations.
The collaboration plans to deliver services across enterprise software engineering, AI use case development, cloud modernisation, intelligent agent creation, and full-scale AI deployment and optimisation.

G42 will also bring its full AI technology stack from sovereign cloud infrastructure to foundation models. The tech company also plans to bring AI-native engineering talent and deep sector expertise across the UAE and other emerging markets.
