Air Arabia will launch a new daily non-stop service between Sharjah and Frankfurt from December 15, 2026. Thus, expanding its Germany network and strengthens air connectivity between the UAE and Europe. Frankfurt will become the airline’s second destination in Germany after Munich.
The new route will link Sharjah International Airport and Frankfurt Airport on a daily basis, seven days a week. Air Arabia will operate the flights with its Airbus A320neo aircraft.
Air Arabia announced that the introduction of the new service will offer passengers direct and inexpensive connectivity between the UAE and Germany. Experts suggest that Frankfurt is an important commercial, financial, and tourist destination.
The new route also forms a part of Air Arabia’s continued expansion within Europe. The airline operates from its Sharjah base to such destinations as Munich, Vienna, Athens, Prague, Krakow, Warsaw, Milan Bergamo, London Gatwick, and Rome.
Air Arabia will use different timings depending on the day of the week. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, flight G9 0649 will depart Sharjah at 8:10 am and reach Frankfurt at 12:35 pm. The return flight, G9 0650, will leave Frankfurt at 1:25 pm and arrive in Sharjah at 10:50 pm.
On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, flight G9 0682 will depart Sharjah at 3:50 pm and land in Frankfurt at 8:15 pm. The return service, G9 0683, will leave Frankfurt at 9:05 pm and reach Sharjah at 6:30 am the following day.
