London-based mobile manufacturing brand Nothing Technology Limited's sub-brand CMF entered the fast-growing open-ear audio segment with the launch of the Clip Pro, its first clip-style wireless earbuds. The earbuds aim to deliver premium features at $99. The company is positioning the product for users who want immersive audio while remaining aware of their surroundings during commuting, exercise, and work.

Open-Ear Design Focuses on Comfort

The Clip Pro rests outside the ear canal. CMF has used a three-point clip design with a titanium wire core to provide a secure fit while reducing ear fatigue. Each earbud weighs just 5.9 grams, making it suitable for extended use.

The Clip Pro includes 10.8 mm dual magnet dynamic drivers and support for LDAC, AAC, and SBC codecs to deliver better sound quality wirelessly. The Ultra Bass Technology of CMF is incorporated into the Clip Pro, ensuring strong bass performance without compromising on audio clarity.

In terms of voice calls, the four-microphone system and AI-driven voice enhancement technology help boost the voice call experience in noisy environments.

The open-ear design allows users to hear ambient sounds, improving situational awareness in outdoor environments. Thus, targeting consumers who find conventional earbuds uncomfortable during long listening sessions.

CMF Clip Pro: Other Key Features

CMF claims the Clip Pro delivers up to 10 hours of playback on a single charge and approximately 32.5 to 33 hours with the charging case. The earbuds are available in Dark Grey, Light Grey and Coral colour options.

As of now, the Clip Pro has been launched in global markets. However, India is not part of the initial rollout, although CMF has not ruled out a future launch.
