Kalpataru Projects Secures Major EPC Contract

KPIL received a Letter of Award (LoA) for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of a gas pipeline project in the UAE. The company classified the contract as a major project. Reportedly, the value exceeds Rs. 4,000 crore.

Manish Mohnot, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of KPIL, said, “The contract reinforces the company's established capabilities and track record in the global oil and gas industry. The project reflects KPIL's technical expertise, operational execution and ability to expand its international operations.”

The latest order expands KPIL's presence in the international oil and gas sector. However, the company has not disclosed the client's name, pipeline length, project location within the UAE or expected completion timeline in the available announcement.

KPIL Share Price: How the Stock Reacted

Kalpataru Projects shares traded at Rs. 1,391.05 on the BSE, down 0.23%, as of 11:09 am IST on September 28, 2026. The stock's marginal decline came despite the company's announcement of the major UAE contract. The latest UAE award adds to its international project pipeline and provides further business visibility. However, the impact on revenue and margins will depend on project execution, contractual terms and costs.
