Sahm Financial Limited launched its investment services for investors in the UAE, expanding its digital investment platform across the Gulf. Reportedly, UAE investors can now access Saudi and US equity markets through the Sahm App.

The UAE entity operates from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). It is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). Sahm Financial Limited holds DFSA reference number F012218 and DIFC licence number CL10742.

Sahm App Offers Access to Two Markets

The platform allows investors to trade stocks listed on Saudi Arabia's Tadawul as well as US markets, including the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. Sahm brought these markets together through a single digital investment account.

The app also offers conditional orders, digital onboarding and fast order execution. Investors can access Shariah-compliant trading options through the platform, according to the company.

Sahm said, “Its UAE offering is designed to combine market access with digital tools that support investors throughout the investment process. The company has not positioned the service only as a trading platform. It also integrates market information and educational resources into the app.” These features allow users to access market information, learning resources and investor engagement tools within the same application.

DFSA Licence Supports UAE Expansion

Sahm Financial Limited received its DFSA licence in April 2026. The licence authorises the company to advise on financial products, arrange investment deals and deal in investments as an agent. The regulatory approval also covers retail clients and holding or controlling client assets.

Steven Chou, chairman of Sahm Financial Limited, said, “The UAE launch marks a step in the company's development of regulated digital investment services. The platform aims to provide UAE and regional investors with access to Saudi and US equity markets.” Looking ahead, the new service combines regulated brokerage infrastructure with trading, market-data, AI and investor-education tools.
