Endorphina has received a Tier II Gaming-Related Vendor License from the UAE’s General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA). The approval clears the way for the company to operate in the country’s regulated gaming sector.
Prague-headquartered Endorphina is now a part of a small but growing group of international gaming suppliers entering the UAE market. This also highlights the country’s active role in developing a formal commercial gaming framework.
The company, known for its online slot and casino content, said the license supports its ongoing push into regulated jurisdictions.
The UAE created the GCGRA in 2023 to regulate commercial gaming activities. Since then, the authority has regulated granting approvals to gaming operators, suppliers, and service providers seeking entry into the market.
The country’s approach has drawn attention across the global gaming industry, particularly after announcements linked to integrated resorts and tourism-focused entertainment projects.
Market watchers believe the UAE could become a major regional gaming hub through investments in tourism infrastructure and large-scale hospitality developments.
Endorphina’s latest approval reflects how international gaming firms are moving early to secure a foothold in the market while regulations are still taking shape.
In a statement, Endorphina said the UAE license represents another step in its international growth strategy. Džangar Jesenov, the company’s Head of Compliance, said the approval carries both business opportunity and regulatory responsibility.
“Receiving the Gaming-Related Vendor License Tier II from the GCGRA is a significant milestone for us,” Jesenov said. “We aim to contribute to a sustainable and properly regulated gaming environment in the UAE.” The company currently supplies gaming content to operators across multiple international markets.

The UAE regulator has maintained a strong focus on compliance, consumer protection, and responsible gaming while building the country’s commercial gaming sector.
Companies entering the market must meet technical and operational standards before receiving approval. Industry analysts expect more international gaming and technology firms to apply for licenses as the UAE gradually expands its regulated ecosystem.
For Endorphina, the latest approval strengthens its presence in regulated markets at a time when competition for early entry into the UAE gaming sector is increasing.
