Dubai-based Soika Labs opened early access to Mockingjay Network, an agentic artificial intelligence platform for businesses. The company aims to move firms beyond standalone AI assistants and toward connected agents that can handle operational work across systems.

The platform will let companies build, deploy and manage specialized AI agents for functions such as hiring, customer relationship management, communications, marketing, procurement and real estate. Early-access users will receive 5,000 complimentary credits to create and host agents on the network.

A Network of Agents

At the centre of the launch is the Global Agentic Neural Network, or GANN. Soika Labs describes it as a shared public network where AI agents from different organisations can pass work to one another and pursue common objectives.

The company said this approach can turn individual agents into coordinated teams. A supervisor agent can break down a business goal, while worker agents execute tasks in parallel across a company’s existing systems. Shared memory is intended to keep the agents aligned as work progresses.

Soika Labs built governance tools into the platform. Businesses can set permissions, access controls and approval points, allowing employees to review or intervene in agent-driven decisions.

Controls For Enterprises

The platform also supports agent fleets, policy-based decision-making and multi-region deployment. Firms can pin data to specific regions, a feature aimed at companies with data-residency and compliance requirements.

Soika said Mockingjay Network combines multiple large language models with automated routing. It claims this can reduce credit consumption by up to 70%, although the figure depends on the workload and model configuration.

The early-access programme is initially open to UAE residents. Soika Labs plans a wider global launch in December 2026. The move comes as enterprises increasingly test AI agents for repetitive and multi-step work. The company argues that the next stage will require agents to work across organisational boundaries, not only within one firm.
