Otech offers cloud computing, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, smart-city solutions and managed services. Publicis Sapient brings AI platforms, industry knowledge and experience in delivering complex transformation programs.

Areas of Cooperation

Under the proposed partnership, the companies will explore solution design, innovation workshops, joint market initiatives and client engagement. They will also identify strategic opportunities in priority sectors across the region.

The collaboration seeks to improve operational efficiency, strengthen customer experiences and support the adoption of emerging technologies. It also aims to connect local market understanding with global delivery expertise.

Leadership Comments

Otech CEO Eng. Maqbool Salim Al Wahaibi said the company wants partnerships that connect its technology capabilities and understanding of enterprise needs with specialist global expertise. The proposed collaboration would help clients modernize systems and apply AI to improve performance and service delivery.

Publicis Groupe Middle East & Türkiye CEO Bassel Kakish said the MoU reflects both companies’ ambition to contribute to Oman’s digital economy. He said it would support technological innovation, enterprise adoption of emerging technologies and sustainable growth.

The MoU is exploratory and does not yet disclose a contract value, joint venture or named clients. Even so, it signals growing demand in the Gulf for enterprise AI services that can convert experimentation into operational results.
