Unicommerce Esolutions expanded its partnership with Urban Company to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, taking their existing India collaboration into two major Gulf markets. The move will see Urban Company use Unicommerce’s Uniware platform to manage inventory and fulfilment operations supporting its at-home services ecosystem.

Uniware to Power Inventory

Urban Company will use Uniware to track inventory in real time and route orders for the service kits and consumables. The technology will ensure that all required supplies arrive on time at the service personnel in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Urban Company provides services that require a constant supply of products, tools, and consumables. These include beauty and wellness services, home cleaning, appliance repairs, among others. The technology can enable Urban Company to manage its inventory and fulfillment process more effectively.

The latest expansion builds on the company’s established relationship in India. Urban Company has used Unicommerce’s technology for its e-commerce and warehouse operations, helping manage the supply chain for goods delivered to service professionals.

Unicommerce Strengthens Gulf Presence

The partnership will support Unicommerce’s broader international expansion strategy. The company is building its Middle East ecosystem through integrations with marketplaces, logistics providers, ERP systems and payment platforms.

Its regional capabilities include Arabic-compatible invoices and shipping labels, with support for local tax and compliance requirements. These features can help businesses manage operational complexities while expanding across Gulf markets.

Unicommerce also expanded its Saudi Arabia presence by collaborating with regional logistics players. In January, the company partnered with Naqel Express to support e-commerce businesses in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
