ASUS is positioning its Copilot+ PCs as AI-powered companions that can help students research, create, communicate and manage everyday workloads. The company’s latest back-to-school push highlights AI capabilities, performance, portability and device protection. ASUS also expanded its 2026 portfolio with Copilot+ models to meet student needs, from everyday coursework to demanding creative projects.
ASUS Copilot+ Laptops come with dedicated Neural Processing Units (NPUs). These processors handle AI workloads locally, helping improve responsiveness while reducing reliance on cloud processing for supported tasks.
With the update, Recall, Click to Do, Live Captions, and Windows Studio Effects can simplify some tasks. For example, students can use AI to get old information, interact with the material on the screen, make video calls better, and understand speech better.
Vivobook S14 and S16 come as ideal AI learning companions from ASUS. These devices come with tools to summarise content, organize reports and presentations, research subjects, and translate material. These two devices feature Snapdragon X processors that offer up to 45 TOPS NPU performance.
ASUS is also addressing a practical concern for students: accidental damage. Eligible UAE ASUS laptops purchased during the current back-to-school campaign can receive one year of accidental damage protection without any additional cost after registration within 90 days.
The coverage includes incidents such as accidental drops, liquid damage, electrical surges and accidental breakage, subject to the programme's terms.
The broader strategy reflects a shift in the student PC market. Instead of treating AI as an optional add-on. ASUS is also integrating dedicated AI hardware and software into everyday laptops.
