The Smart Dubai initiative has positioned the city as a benchmark for digital governance globally. AI is not an add-on to these services. It is built into how they function.

Healthcare and Education

Smart cities are ultimately about quality of life. AI is improving it in sectors that matter most. In healthcare UAE hospitals are using AI for diagnostics early disease detection and patient flow management. The goal is faster more accurate care delivered to more people.

In education, AI-powered platforms are being used to personalise learning for students and support teachers with administrative tasks. The broader ambition is a workforce that is prepared for an economy increasingly shaped by technology.
