ASUS introduced the Zenbook 14 Copilot+ PC in the UAE, giving buyers a lightweight Windows laptop with Qualcomm, Intel and AMD platform options. The new model starts at AED 3,799. The Zenbook 14 weighs 1.1 kg and uses a full-metal body with ASUS’ Ceraluminum finish. The material is designed to resist fingerprints, scuffs and daily wear.
ASUS says the finish completed more than 18,000 simulated rubbing cycles in laboratory testing without colour damage. The laptop is available in a Qualcomm-powered configuration, while Intel and AMD versions are expected to follow in the UAE. The Snapdragon X model includes a neural processing unit with up to 45 TOPS of AI performance.
The 14-inch OLED display uses a 16:10 aspect ratio and slim bezels. The screen is designed for work, video calls and entertainment. The laptop supports Windows 11 and Copilot+ PC features. Its NPU handles supported AI tasks such as drafting, summarizing and translation. ASUS also added an infrared camera for Windows Hello sign-in. The device includes Dolby Atmos speakers and a backlit keyboard with an enlarged touchpad.
Connectivity is another focus. The Zenbook 14 includes two USB-C ports, HDMI, a full-size USB port and an audio jack. It can also support two external displays alongside its built-in screen. Battery performance is another highlight of the Snapdragon configuration. ASUS laboratory tests recorded more than 30 hours of local video playback and over 18 hours of web browsing. The company notes that actual battery life varies with settings, applications and usage.
The Qualcomm-powered ASUS Zenbook 14 UX3480QA is now available through the ASUS eShop and major retailers across the UAE. Prices start at AED 3,799, reduced from AED 3,999. The 16GB configuration costs AED 4,799, reduced from AED 4,999. Eligible buyers can also receive subscriptions including Google AI Pro, Dropbox, ASUS Secure Auto-Backup, GoPro Premium+, Adobe Creative Cloud and Goodnotes. The subscriptions can be redeemed until August 31, 2028.
ASUS plans to add Intel and AMD configurations to the UAE range. Three nature-inspired colors, Komodo Coral, Arctic Blue and Zabriskie Beige, are also set to arrive. Prices, promotions, configurations and subscription eligibility may vary.
