Samsung has introduced Samsung Care+ Now in the UAE, expanding its after-sales support with an on-demand repair service for Galaxy smartphone users. The new offering allows customers to have their devices repaired without signing up for a long-term protection plan.
Unlike traditional device protection plans, Samsung Care+ Now lets eligible Galaxy users request repairs only when they need them. You can use the services by making online appointments through the Samsung store or by visiting authorized service centers in the UAE. Problems such as screen cracks, battery replacement, and rear cover damage can be easily addressed.
Samsung further noted, “All repairs under Samsung Care+ Now will use genuine replacement parts installed by authorized technicians. Repaired components will also come with a three-month service warranty, giving customers additional confidence in the quality of the repair.”
This service includes a range of repair facilities to minimize device downtime. Users can arrange pickup and delivery services so Samsung can repair their devices within 72 hours.
Secure online payment and Samsung Rewards are included with the service, allowing customers to earn reward points for certain repairs. This provides yet another reason to use Samsung's official repair system.
The launch builds on Samsung's existing Samsung Care+ ecosystem, which already offers device protection plans covering accidental damage and other support services. With Samsung Care+ Now, the company is targeting customers who may not have an active protection plan but still want access to official repairs and genuine replacement parts.
The new update supplements Samsung's existing Samsung Care+ protection packages, which include insurance for accidental damage and other services provided via subscription. The service is intended for Galaxy users without any active protection plan who wish to obtain official repairs with authentic parts.
